Brain First Shih Tzu™ uses a thoughtful, step-by-step process to help families understand puppy updates, developmental observations, available puppies, support-dog foundation prospects, and possible next steps. This process is designed to keep communication simple at first, then gather more information only when appropriate.
Families start by submitting only their name, phone number, and email address. This keeps the first step simple and low-pressure.
Brain First Shih Tzu™ may follow up by email, phone, or text to answer questions, share current puppy information, and learn what the family is hoping for.
If it seems like a possible fit, the family may be invited to complete a more detailed Puppy Interest Application.
Puppies are observed for confidence, recovery, connection, handling tolerance, grooming foundations, rest, regulation, early learning style, and family readiness.
Matching is based on more than looks alone. Brain First Shih Tzu™ considers observed puppy traits, family goals, lifestyle, timing, support needs, and realistic expectations.
Contracts, agreements, reservation details, training options, and next-step paperwork are reviewed later only after appropriate communication, puppy/prospect discussion, and mutual fit.
Families may receive education about the first 72 hours, rest, routine, grooming foundations, transition support, early learning, and connected Brain First resources.
Brain First Shih Tzu™ provides education, observation, training support, and thoughtful matching. Details about program terms, application approval, and certification language are explained on our Program Terms & Clarity page.
Choose the option that fits where you are in the process.
Reminder: The Puppy Interest Application is not the first step. Families should begin with the basic contact form: name, phone number, and email address.
