When you contact us or complete a form, we collect only what we need to have a real conversation with you: your name, phone number, email address, and general location.

Our Puppy Interest Application and Guardian Home Application ask additional voluntary questions about your household, family members, other pets, home environment, experience with dogs, daily routine, and your goals for a puppy. You choose how much to share.

We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Reservation, placement, and support payments are arranged directly with us.

Information you share is used for one purpose: to evaluate fit and to support you well. That includes responding to your inquiry, discussing available puppies and prospects, considering guardian home suitability, and matching temperament and developmental fit to your household.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Our applications ask whether children live in the home and their general ages, because a puppy's placement depends on household fit. We ask for the minimum necessary and never request a child's full name, school, photograph, or contact details.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information submitted directly by anyone under 13.

Applications and inquiries are received and stored in access-controlled systems, and are reviewed only by the small team responsible for placement and program decisions.

No system is perfect. We limit what we collect, limit who can see it, and do not keep information we no longer need.

Inquiries that do not move forward are kept for up to 12 months so we can recognize you if you return, then removed.

Applications for families we place with, or who join the Guardian Home Circle™, are kept for the life of that relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for health, pedigree, and program-history reasons.

You may ask us at any time to correct your information or delete it entirely. We will confirm when it is done.

This website does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages families find useful. This measures pages and visits, not individuals.

Some pages link to other organizations we work with, including Ruff Ruff Ranch™ and Crown & Collar™. Once you follow an external link, that organization's own privacy practices apply.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us and say what you would like — no special form or legal language is needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.
